I see big problems in the future when some tech updates the firmware, is force to make a username/password, that tech fails to document it, leaves the company, and now no one can access the system again. Any other OS you can use a mix of SSL and non-SSL connections. Why is Crestron so bent on forcing SSL - or at least the all or none policy with SSL. I think there is an even bigger question. But I would much rather they say you have to give us another $100 if you want us to continue supporting Crestron Mobile G for so many years. No, it sounds more like Crestron wants to kill support for Crestron Mobile Pro. ![]() The TPMC10 also only supports WEP encryption which is essentially no encryption at all. Even if it doesn't support the latest versions of SSL, I highly doubt the TPMC10 supports the same level of SSL (if it even supports SSL) - yet it is supported. Later in the same OLH they say Crestron Mobile Pro supports SSL.
